Scott, the electrician who did the repairs, was great. He arrived on time, was friendly, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and did the repairs in about 2.5 hours. A severe wind brought down my panel and mast just before Christmas. Even though he was on holiday and it was my first time reaching out to him, Dustin responded to my email and we were able to set up an appointment. Sky attended and spent a full day reconstructing the unit and collaborating with the local utility. Excellent service from start to finish and thoroughly professional and thoughtful.
