Electric Sewer & Drain Services- ES&DS

I had a fantastic experience with ES & DS from start to finish. Amanda, who answered the phone and scheduled my appointment, was incredibly friendly—such a refreshing change from the typical “Plumber. What do you want?” New York style response. She provided excellent follow-up and managed to schedule me in under an hour for same-day service. Carlos and Justin, the plumbers, were equally impressive. They were both professional and friendly, quickly resolving the clog in my bathroom sink. They took great care with the surrounding cabinetry and left the area spotless when the job was done. The price was very reasonable for New York City, on top of an already excellent experience. Efficient, professional, courteous, and fairly priced. Highly recommend!

A month ago, I desperately needed sewerage service. Fortunately I got in contact with Electric Sewer & Drain Service, Inc. The receptionist was extremely efficient in obtaining the appropriate service needed, in a timely fashion. My work was done by Johnny. This technician was very knowledgeable and very professional. After the work was completed, the owner of the company checked back with me. To make sure that the work was completed to my satisfaction. It was completed beyond my expectation. This will be my go to company.

I have updated this review to give only one star based on their recent conduct... The owner, Dan, compromises integrity. He has many fine plumbers in his employ who do not do as he tells them, thank God. I am going to update this review. Again. I was kept hostage in my home all day yesterday waiting for them. They said they would come first thing in the morning today. 5 pm. Still waiting I love these guys because they don't compromise integrity. Everytime one of their plumbers turns up, it feels like seeing keenu reeves for me. Sadly, I discovered that they are not the landlord regular plumber. The last time they were here, they said that the pipes needed to be repaired and replaced. Sadly, they are not doing that. A new super is renovating the apartment below in the samepeculiar fashion as the way it was done 9 years ago. Th pipes and drains are clogged since he started his "repair" without addressing Leaks in pipes or calling a professional Please tell the landlord what you told me. Keanu Reeves to the rescue, please u××××÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷ Both Lois and Jamie were fantastic. They came seperately, on two separate occasions. And I am grateful for the fact that water flowed normally again ] For a while. I live in an old building and am guessing that there are leaks and drainage problems that emanate from elsewhere. This has certainly been evident in my 20 years of living here. There have been numerous instances when the previous plumber, John, has shut the water off for the entire building and found the exact locations of the leaks and structural issues. You could talk to him and knock pipes. Thank you so much for addressing the leaks in the building now that you are the official plumbers, newly assigned to it. I feel so much safer. Mold completely breaks down the body, my doctors tell me. It was very difficult to do anything about it during the pandemic. I hope you can help address the problem so that there is no more mold and bees! Bees belong outside. With gratitude and honey!
