I had a technician come out on January 21st to insulate my pipes under my mobile manufactured house. They said that they would take care of my issue the next day. I was quoted the wrong price and was very upset. Because it was about to be-7°. Brendan Klein was my tech the next day. I was giving him the business swearing and everything. He had a very calm demeanor even though I didn't. He stayed all day to get my job done. It's good to see that there is young people still willing to do professional hard work. The owner James also called me to come up with a solution. That was great but Brendan Klein was the difference. He did a great job!
Called and scheduled an appointment for two days ahead of time. Ensured all contact information was filled out on their website and confirmed all information with their front desk admin via phone call. On day of appointment, neither the plumber nor the front desk ever called, texted or informed me that there was any delays. Was provided a window of four hours from 8 AM to 12 PM when the plumber would arrive, with the assurance that my task would be one of the first and priority jobs for the day. No call, no-show; Ended up calling the front desk and canceling the request for service.
I had eph out to my home to do a snake on a single drain and replace a wax ring for my toilet. Unfortunately only my wife was home as I was at work while “work” was done. Haven’t an issue with the wax ring but spent $425 on a snake cleaning which they say they snaked 50’ and 100’ which I’m not sure how since my septic is far less than 100’ to my clean out. My drain was never cleared because the issue was I had a cracked pipe directly next to my clean out which I was told any plumber worth being called a plumber would have noticed. Eph recommended I get my septic pumped which I did and even they knew there was a separate issue. After spending close to $2000. I found a local reliable and trustworthy plumber to fix my issue. Lesson learned shop around and find someone you can trust. Update: I don’t need to speak to you guys my backup started again 2 days after you left because yes the pipe was cracked and you could look down the clean out without a camera and see dirt and rock. I called out a different large plumbing company and was also raked over the coals for pricing and had a local company fix it for an 8th of the price. I added a picture from the top of my clean out for use. Mistakes happen but if this was noticed immediately it could of saved me a lot of money.
