An extreme cold warning is a really rotten time to have your furnace go out. But the customer service at Ed’s Heating and Air was amazing. They got here very quickly, got the problem fixed in under a half hour and for a very reasonable price. And they were so nice about it all. A young man named Cody was the one who came to my house and I bet he makes his momma very proud - kind, respectful, helpful - great to work with. I believe Ed was the one I talked to on the phone and he was really pleasant and nice also. Highly recommend! I know I’ll be calling them again if I have another issue. Thank you for the wonderful service!

I love these guys. I used them for my previous house when I replaced my furnace and again today for repairs at my new place. They are great guys with great service. I highly recommend them for whatever your needs are. Edit 2 days later: These guys went above and beyond with a continuing issue that was hiding from them. They came 3 days in a row until they finally got the error code needed to fix the problem. Thank you Ed’s, you are appreciated!
