I needed help with a major sewer line blockage "urgently". I called around 5pm, and was told by a dispatcher that they would schedule me for 8am the next day. I needed the problem fixed before that - so I begged a little, pleaded severe consequence to my business, etc. The dispatcher said someone would call me. Within a minute the owner called, and after hearing my story said he would see what he could do and promised to call me by 7pm.15 minutes later (no exaggeration) the first truck pulled up. They had it cleared in half an hour, inspected with a camera soon after, and were gone by 7pm. Great service, left the area clean. Highly recommended.

The Eco-Flow guys were great in dealing with the planning department to apply for a permit for a water heater install. As it turned out, we were signed off without having to install a new water heater. They were timely, courtious and knowledgeable.

This is the 2nd time we've called Eco-Flow - this time it was an emergency - a leak from a pipe inside our shop. They came right out and addressed the issue. We'll need more work done, but we're happily able to turn the water back on!
