My Technician 'Joe', arrived a few minutes early and immediately went to diagnose my furnace problem. After a few minutes he was able to start the system and the furnace worked. Joe cycled the furnace several times to make sure it worked. Joe provided some tips and cautions to be aware of with the propane furnace while he was cycling the furnace. Joe was very pleasant and professional, impressed me a very knowledgeable and dedicated to his craft. Unfortunately the furnace stopped working a few hours after Joe left. I contacted Eco Air and Joe returned the next afternoon to determine what was going on. After trouble shooting the controller Joe determined the controller was bad and needed replaced. Joe returned 1 week later (not a rush, my furnace heats my basement) with the new controller. It was installed and tested (furnace cycled several times) and satisfactory, and at a great price ! I am very pleased.
The technician was very informative. He was prompt, courteous and friendly. Along with the service I wanted to receive an explanation of the system in the home we just bought. We had a home 20 years ago that had a geothermal HVAC system. I knew some of the basics, but with the technology improvements over the time, I really needed an update. And I got it just as I had hoped.
The service person identified a coolant leak in the third floor system. An estimate for the cost of repair is needed so that we can schedule the work. Payment will be made when completed if that is agreeable.
