I made contact with EHC thru their website and was contacted with in 10 mins of messaging. They had someone out to my home the next day. Justin kept me updated every step of the process of fixing my AC unit. Eric was polite, answered any questions I had and respectful of the property.

I had a great experience with Eberhardt. My home is quite old and the heating system uses a steam boiler system. We had quite a bad leak this year, one of the boiler components (water feed valve) was making a lot of vibration during operation, and the sight glass was also leaking. I wasn't sure where to turn. My plumber said he could fix the main leak, but not the other issues and pointed me to Eberhardt to get everything fixed instead of just the leak. It took Eberhardt a week or so to get the needed components, but once they had the parts their technician Dan was able to get everything fixed in a day. There were a few surprises along the way which required a few additional pipe pieces to be cut and threaded, but Dan and his partner handled it well. We have heat again and no more vibration during operation! :)

These guys are great. Honestly for the level of service- which was outstanding, I was surprised at how reasonably they are priced. They do tons of big commercial work, but I highly recommend them for your residential work. Replaced our furnace and AC unit, even worked their schedule around to make it happen earlier than they thought possible because we had family coming in town. Give these guys a shot and doubt you’ll be disappointed.
