Our furnace quit on us during the coldest weather we've experineced in a long time, with nighttime temperatures falling well below zero. The response from East Coast Mechanical was nothing short of amazing. A sales rep, Dave Crispino, arrived the very next morning and treated us like family, explaining everything from equipment and financing options to maintenance and warranty information. Two days later we had a new furnace installed by lunchtime! The guys did an outstanding job and, other than having a brand-new furnace, you'd never know they had been there. The work area was spotless when they left. They were friendly, highly professional, and treated our home as if it were their own. I can't say enough good things about East Coast Mechanical and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Have had the pleasure of using East coast for many years always go above and beyond, especially this last January when it was negative numbers and the furnace needed replacement. Every time I call, which can be a lot, Bri with customer service is always willing to assist and help resolve the issue as quickly and safely as possible. Bri is very patient, polite and wants to satisfy her customers. Their technicians, especially Tyler is willing to work with you and takes the time to explain things to their customers to understand their systems. They follow up when they say they will, they call ahead and if there is a problem they really want to fix it the honest way.
