Overall, they’ve consistently delivered high-quality electrical work, and they remain one of the companies I trust with my home. If you’re scheduling, I highly recommend asking for Garret whenever possible. Early on, Brandon installed a new ceiling fan for me after my old one failed. He was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough—the very first thing he did was open my breaker panel to verify labeling and layout before touching anything. That level of care and attention to detail immediately stood out. Later, Garret handled more complex projects, including installing a new subpanel and fully correcting the wiring to a basement bathroom heater that another company had previously miswired. He understood the issue right away, explained it clearly, and fixed it properly. That job alone demonstrated the difference between average work and true expertise. Most recently, EarlyBird installed a Level 2 EV charger inside my garage. The installation itself went well and functions exactly as expected. As with any long-term contractor relationship, there have been a few minor hiccups over the years, but Garret’s continued involvement and follow-through have made a real difference and kept things moving in the right direction. Scheduling with EarlyBird is easy—I typically book online or over text—and the technicians I’ve worked with have been prepared, communicative, and detail-oriented. They take the time to do things correctly rather than rushing through jobs. I’ve worked with many contractors, and EarlyBird remains one of the more reliable electrical companies I’ve used. We had a main breaker go out at 7:30pm, Mark was there by 9pm and got us up and going and discussed what needed to be done. He and his crew (Jamie and Garrett) were back in the am to re run grounding and put in a new breaker box and electrical house box outside. Mark did a great job streamlining everything from pulling the permits, getting a crew out and having the inspector set up for us.Everyone was respectful and went the extra mile to help us out. Also wanted to say the financing representative was stellar as well she helped get us the financing we needed to complete the job. We would definitely recommended Early Bird Electric to everyone!

I was very pleased to get Mark's help replacing and installing a new ceiling fan in my bathroom. It wasn't cheap, but I like the extra bells and whistles on this model, and found it to be comparable to other models that I researched. It looks nice and it's quiet, unlike the one I had before. He was able to order it and install it within 5 days. It was a messy project but he did a great job cleaning up afterwards, which was much appreciated! I highly recommend his services.
