Bottom line up front - Eric and his team are extremely hard working, reasonable, and dedicated professionals. Beyond their work being incredibly clean, it is easy to see his team love what they do, who they work for, and take great pride in the services they provide. They all showed up with great attitudes and took time to answer all my questions while they worked. Above all, they came and completed our boiler replacement/propane conversion in one day, when all the other quotes we received said it would take 2.5 to 3 days, yet no part of their work looked rushed, and no corners were cut. My fiancé and I had gotten 8 quotes from other company’s to have our 30+ year old boiler replaced, none of them seemed fair or to be exactly what we wanted to have done. A family member told me to reach out to Eric after hearing about our situation. Eric came to our house the next day, listened to what we wanted, explained what would work best for us, and was very communicative through the process. He did not push anything we didn’t want, and had a genuine customer-first attitude. We have been through it all trying find a plumber that we can trust for our home and income property. After working with them I can confidently say we will only be using E. Cooke going forward, and will confidently recommend Eric and his team to our closest friends and family.

We recently hired Eric and his team to replace our ancient heating system. I have nothing but positive words to describe our experience. First off, we had gotten quotes from 5 different companies, just ensure we made an educated decision. Eric showed up exactly when he said he would to take a first look. He took his time and answered all of our questions. He submitted back an estimate the same day. His price was competitive with the others. However, he was the only company that continued to follow up. He checked back frequently, to see where we were at with our process. We took longer than normal, because of other projects we had going on to make a decision. He never pushed, but rather made me feel like he was staying engaged, and making sure we new he was ready when we were. I say this, because ALL of the other companies we had contacted, were very difficult to reach, and get information from. This tells me, he cares, and is truly dedicated to his customers. This matters to me moving forward. I am certain if issues were to arise down the road, he takes care of his customers. If you are on the fence of who to choose, I highly recommend Eric and Cooke Plumbing and Heating. On top of all of this, let me tell you his work is meticulous. I now have a work of art in my basement, I wish it were on display it is so cleanly installed, and works 100% better than my previous system. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Use them, you will not regret it!!!!

The plumber and his intern who came to my house to install a shut off valve were excellent! They answered my questions (I had many!) and left the area clean and neat. They thoroughly explained the process and even labeled the various valves underneath my kitchen sink so I wouldn't get confused about which one to turn off in case of an emergency. I wouldn't hesitate to use E. Cooke P&H again. Thanks again for great service!
