We had an excellent experience with Dynamic. The geothermal system in our new house was struggling to keep up with the winter weather when the night time temperatures dipped below 0°F. Our technician Steven came right out and was incredibly knowledgeable - not only about geothermal systems, but our specific system - and quickly identified what was needed to get everything functioning most efficiently in the bitter cold conditions. What really set the service apart was Steven’s willingness to discuss the various components of the system and answer all of my questions as this is the first home I have owned with geothermal. Thanks to his expertise and thoroughness our system is now running smoothly and performing as it should. We recently came home from vacation and we had no heat. Dynamic came right out and found the problem, the service tech, Claudia, was very knowledgeable, she found the problem right away. Unfortunately it didn't make sense to repair it given the age of the unit so we went with a new boiler. Dynamic was able to schedule us quickly and they installed the new unit. All of the Dynamic staff were excellent, the installation was very clean and the communication of the team throughout the process was great. I would highly recommend Dynamic for your HVAC needs.
