I contacted Dr. HVAC for an AC problem during a very hot summer week. While other companies were not available, he scheduled us within a reasonable time. He arrived on time and attempted to repair the problem. My HVAC was 15 years old, and could not be repaired. He gave us a clear explanation, and addressed all of our concerns. He offered us an HVAC system priced reasonable. He could not finish the job on the date of the installation. Even though he was closed for business on the following day, July 4th, he came to the house and finished the installation because he did not want us to go an extra day without the AC. His work was very professional and clean. I strongly recommend Dr. HVAC and his staff to others.
