Went to get alignment, spark plugs, TPMs fixed and new brakes and rotors. They are very honest and quick with what they do, they even advised me that I didn’t need new brakes and rotors. Had a noise after the alignment and took it back the next day and they fixed it right away at no cost. Will go to them with all of my vehicles needs going forward.

I stopped by today to have my tire pressure checked. They always take time to do that for customers, especially if you bought your tires there. The man who was filling up my tires asked me when was the last time I had my tires rotated. I said I'm probably due to have that done. He finished with the air and said hang on, I'm going to rotate these for you real quick. He wasn't as fast as a NASCAR pit crew, but it didn't take long at all! He also informed me that my rear brakes needed to be replaced. Customer service levels: Basic - check tire pressure and put air in tires Great - the above, but mention things that need to be done Gold standard - all of the above, but actually take time to rotate my tires while I'm there!!! He didn't have to do that. He could have just told me it needed to be done and suggest I come back soon. This is why I will always go to Discount Tire & Brake!!! They take excellent care of their customers and provide stellar customer service!

These guys are top-notch. They’re good what they do, a lot of places are. However, they go above and beyond for their customers. That makes them exceptional!
