Diamond State Plumbing

We recently had an ice storm that caused one of our outdoor spigots to break. I have a regular plumber that I have used for 17 yrs that was unable to help me out. I pulled up a map of plumbing company’s close to me and began calling them to try and get help. Unfortunately the first 3 I called were not available for several days. I then came across Diamond State Plumbing. The person who answered the phone was professional and empathetic. They said the earliest they could help unfortunately would be the next day. To me that was better than several days. However one of their employees got done a little early at another job and even though at this time he only had 30 minutes left till the end of his shift, he agreed to help us out by squeezing us in. David was the employee that came out to help. The task he had was no quick or easy fix but he calmly and professionally took care of the problem. Not once, did he show any signs of frustration even though the job went on past his dinner time and hours past his knock off time. He was informative and honest and did a good job. My husband and I were very grateful and thankful that they were able to help us out.

I had a huge leak in my water main, between the meter and the house, crew had to run a new line under the driveway. It literally took them a little more than one day to cut and remove the concrete lay the line, patch the concrete, and clean up. The crew was professional, and hardworking, no loud music, no trash left over all over the place, they even replanted my rose bush. I would use them again in a minute. Great price, quality, and efficiency. I have no complaints and more importantly no leaks. This coming from a guy who has years in the business working with much bigger pipes in high rise water systems. They even had a convenient app for billing! Strong work guys!

We had a great experience with Diamond State. Our water heater pilot light wouldn't stay lit on a cold winter day and David was able to come out within a few hours and take a look at it. We figured we were looking at a $2k replacement but he was able to make a simple repair that cost less than $300. His communication was great from start to finish and he was respectful of our home.
