A year ago, Alex inspected my roof and gave me a very competitive estimate, but I couldn’t move forward at the time. When I was finally ready one year later Alex came back the same day and honored the original price. That alone showed his honesty and integrity. During the project, the crew finished my roof in just three days with excellent quality. But the real miracle happened when we discovered I had two open city permits from 20 years ago that blocked my new roof permit. I was extremely stressed, but Alex and Fred never left me alone. They went with me to the city multiple times, handled everything with professionalism, and truly went above and beyond what they were hired to do. Thanks to them, not only did I get my new roof fully approved, but the city also closed those old permits that had been pending for decades. I can finally enjoy peace of mind and feel safe in my own home. jeff and team did a fantastic job on my roof. they were patient and waited for tesla to remove the solar panels. then they finished the roof work in just 3-days time. they only did partial, and did a great job matching with the rest of the roof. they replaced the materials with top notch brands. after the job was done, there was minor damage on the gutter area where they put their ladder onto, but they came back and fixed it right away. these guys are very professional and prompt. the price for parts and labor was very reasonable, and they have an awesome warranty package. highly recommended and will go back to them for any and all roof maintenance work.
