All the way from the 1st phone call for a technician to evaluate the problem, to the final email with the completed billing statement, Excellent! I tried everything I could to avoid replacing the garage heater, the 25 year old garage heater, only to find out the Heat Exchanger was cracked. Granted the part alone could be replaced by me, I'd have to source one and install it. Then perhaps the other 25 year old parts would work for a bit longer??? Not worth the headache. Sam took the time to explain all my options clearly and honestly, and he made sure we stayed warm by bringing two space heaters while we didn’t have heat — that meant a lot. The installers, Mike and Brad, were fantastic. They did a great job, worked cleanly, and made sure everything was done right before leaving. The furnace runs perfectly now. Lillian and Keith did a great job restoring heat to my house this week. I came home after work to find my house at 53 degrees during this long cold snap. I called three companies and Diamond was the only one that called me back same night. Lillian was able to come out within an hour or so and got heat restored same night. She taught me a lot and was extremely professional. Unfortunately, the heat went out again by morning, but she called it in for me and got Keith to my home by mid morning. He was able diagnose the root issue of my gas boiler, and my home has been steady at 70 degrees for over 24 hours now. Thanks guys! This was my first time working with Diamond, and I won’t be going anywhere else.
