This business is awesome. I called on Monday morning at 7am on a toilet we could not get unclogged. Spoke with Danny whom was very pleasant and said he could have someone arrive between 8am and noon. To my surprise Danny himself arrived 2 hours later... that's is what I call excellent service. Danny was here all of maybe 10 minutes and fixed the problem and did not charge arm and a leg...lol like some other business' I know. The cost was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Desoto Air and Plumbing. Thanks Danny for providing excellent service.

His fast response prevented what could have been a much bigger mess, and we were so grateful for how calm and helpful he was during a stressful situation. Desoto Air was back out here early the very next day to install our new tankless water heater. The crew was thorough, professional, and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, the work area was kept clean, and the installation was done efficiently.
