Timothy was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly helpful, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure we fully understood what was going on with our AC unit. Another good day with Desert Diamond Air!! We have been having our central A/C taken care of by this company for years now and it is always the same, AWESOME! They have some of the nicest service people and the office people are just as kind and polite. This year we had Phillip. He was prompt, informative and all around excellent. We HIGHLY recommend their service contracts which save you money and also provides prompt service.
