Justin was very professional and great to work with. He kept me informed the whole time and made sure I understood exactly what was going on with my heat. He went out of his way to grab another part and was determined not to leave until everything was fixed. He gave me the best price, especially considering how serious the issue was. We had a technician come out to look at our furnace, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was very down-to-earth, friendly, and well-mannered, just an all-around cool guy. He asked the right questions, listened, and once he figured out what was going on, he got straight to the problem and fixed it. He took the time to show me exactly what the issue was, explained everything clearly, and made sure the furnace was working properly before he left. On top of that, he even took the trash out for me, which was such a kind and thoughtful thing to do. Employees like him (Cole P.) truly make a difference. Professional, respectful, and hardworking.
