I partnered with Demar on a commercial project in NY and it was a terrible experience from the time they stepped onsite. They pull you in with a low cost initial proposal, but if you want a functional Toilet, Sink, Drain or Fixture at the end of your project, you'll be paying irrational invoices to get your system functioning. They don't stand behind their work and they don't stand behind their 1-Year Warranty. I would never recommend this company to anyone or any Company. Stay away if you can.

We had a terrible experience with Demar. We hired them to replace our shower works, which had been dripping badly. One of their workmen reeked of pot. When they were finished they told us they had installed a "top of the line" Delta Monitor brand shower works, but it started dripping 5 months later again and soon was worse than before. Three attempts to contact them met with no reply. So our super hired a different plumber, who told us that Demar had in fact installed a phony knock off brand instead of a true Delta, and to make things worse it had a damaged cartridge in it. We live in an 80+ unit coop building and our super/building management will never use them again, despite having used them for years. Oh well! Honesty pays.
