Leo Luongo the Consultant was very informative on the options available and what would be the best choice to cover all the items I was looking to power in an emergency. Had Matt Albuquerque and partner install the Gas line today and Shakiyl Wilson and partner install the generator and wire it up to the shutoff and electrical panel. Both crews did a great job and explained what was going to be done and made surethere were no issues before they left.
Ryan Marsala is a very pleasant professional and has good knowledge in his field “Electrical work”. He is friendly, patient, respectful with good mannerisms and process good communication skills. He takes time to inspect, understand and consult where he needs some help understanding the product information, configuration and the need and requirements of the client. He was very prompt in providing the estimate with three different options that we discussed. Not shy of proposing his ideas and suggesting. The only dis-satisfaction I had is withe schedule. Danley Electrical Service (Ryan’s employer) gave a window of two hours between 8AM and 10 AM. He dis not show up until almost 11:00 AM and there was no communication. When I tried calling the Danley office, twice I was on hold after an initial automated message. It would be nice if the scheduler provide the technician’ contact number or coordinate communication between the technician and the client, thus keeping the client updated of the timings and any delays. Finally, the estimate seems to be a bit higher when Compared to the quotes I have received from Other Licensed professional electrical contractors. That is understandable, based on the size and the reputation of the establishment. A bigger and larger establishments charge more to sustain, than smaller establishments. I give 5 Star rating to Mr. Ryan Marsala and 3 star to the parent organization.
I had two great service appointments with W. Danley this week! The first one was yesterday; I had my annual generator maintenance done and my service tech, Oscar Flores, was awesome…he showed up on time, did the work efficiently, and was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The second appointment was with Kyle Motley today; he did an electrical assessment throughout my home. He was awesome as well…I’m so glad I had this service done!! Kyle was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was very thorough in his work and explained his findings very clearly; I learned a lot through this assessment! Based on my experience overall, I’ll continue to using Danley and I would highly recommend them to others.
