Cyber Haven

My tablet got a virus. After trying for several days to fix it and going crazy I gave up and took it to Cyber Haven. I was greeted by a very nice young man with a generous smile. After 10 minutes it was fixed and I was given advice on how to help prevent further problems. I will be taking in my phone later.

Business Done Right! Recently I had the need to use the services of Cyber Haven. My phone had quit charging and I suspected I needed a new usb charging port. I called and got a rough idea of how much it would cost to replace the port. They said they had only one in stock but they set it aside for me. The employee on the phone was friendly and informative. The next day or so I went into the store and spoke with Steve (I believe that was his name). Again, he was very friendly and helpful. He looked at my phone, tested it, and told me the port might just need cleaning. He took it to his work station, cleaned it, and tested it again. It worked like a charm! I have little doubt that many other places would have just replaced the port, charged me, and I would have been none the wiser. Not only did he fix my port, it only took about ten minutes and he didn’t even charge me. We need more honest places like this! I highly recommend them and without doubt use them again for any phone or computer needs.

I went in for a screen replacement on an iPhone 14 at 10:30 and was able to pick it up by 1:30 that same day! Great customer service over the phone and in person.
