He reassured me that he could get things resolved quickly and at a reasonable price, which is rare these days. Andrew kept me informed at every stage of the project, made himself available for follow up questions and worked hand in hand with the restoration company to fix my plumbing and subsequent water damage. I have worked with several plumbing companies, but none of them came close to providing this level of client focused service. I will always call Andrew for this home, or any home in the future.

I recently had an excellent experience with Mark Auld from Custom Plumbing of Arizona, and I can honestly say he is the best plumber I’ve ever worked with. I called about a water leak near my meter, and Custom Plumbing of Arizona quickly diagnosed it as an underground mainline leak where the PVC pipe connected to the gate valve at the meter. The repair was no small job — the line was buried nearly three feet deep — but Mark worked tirelessly to excavate the area and properly stub up the line with copper, reconnecting the service line to the meter the right way. What impressed me most was how meticulous and thorough he was. He carefully explained the problem, took photos, and walked me through everything so I fully understood what was happening. Even though he was covered in mud from digging all day, he remained incredibly professional, friendly, and positive. After a full day of hard work, Mark even returned the next day to check his work and he fixed a small pinhole leak on the meter to make absolutely sure the job was completely finished. That level of follow-through and integrity is rare. Throughout the process, Mark was always responsive to my calls and texts and kept me updated. His communication, workmanship, and attitude truly set the standard for what service should look like. Mark Auld represents his company exceptionally well and builds real trust with customers. Simple Fix - I was having issues with my pilot light, on my water heater, staying on. Miguel came to the house and helped to assist me with getting the pilot light lit. Miguel was courteous, nice and willing to answer any questions. Their ability to come to my house within a short window was very helpful. I will use them again if ever I need a plumber!!!
