We needed help with would remediation in our crawl space. Rolando, Orlando, Ian and their colleague did a great job underneath our house in confined conditions. They were well mannered and answered any questions we had in a professional manner. All the old insulation that was no longer useful was disposed of very neatly. They left the worksite clean. They took the stress away from how to get the mould out from under our house m and left us with a healthier home.

Crawlspace Medic did excellent work including 1) providing an up front detailed estimate, explanation, and options 2) clean out of the crawl space (Rolando's crew introduced themselves and did a great job) 3) installation of vapor barrier, French drain, and sump pump (didn't meet this team), and 4) final clean up (Jace's crew was friendly and thorough). The weather played a bit of havoc on schedule and communication concerning related logistics could have been a little better, but that was a minor issue. Overall I would easily recommend Cody and Chris's leadership and their teams work.

Everything was great with Crawlspace Medic. From the evaluation with Chris, to Rolando, Orlando and Ian doing the physical work and Cody coming by to do the final inspection. Cody even addressed a new concern we had and we will definitely have them do that work also. Wonderful experience from start to finish. If you need crawl space work, hire this group!!
