We were kept informed of diagnosis and time frame for completion. We were told it was ready, but a short drive revealed it was not. Returned to the service department and had to leave it over the weekend. It was ready on Monday day at no additional cost to us! Our Dodge Ram truck hasn't run nor sounded this good in a long time! Thank you all!

Parts was on order for 3 weeks. No one called to let us know when they was in. Also we have the extra warranty.....they was trying to charge us a deductible.....I had to find my paper and text a picture of where it said NO DEDUCTIBLE! You would think they would know!
