Cornett Heating & Cooling

I'm so grateful to everyone at Cornett Heating & Cooling and big shout out to Julie, Zach, Will, Ryan and Rick! Everyone is so great to work with and they're such as awesome team together! I had a humidity issue in my house which was caused by a previous HVAC installer and Cornett Heating and Cooling was able to do all the diagnostics on my BOSCH to ensure that it was running properly. I'm so impressed with their excellent customer service and attention to detail! Will and his team was able to expand out my existing ductwork and increase my return airflow by 40% which will increase the efficiency of my unit. I couldn't be happier with their work and expertise! Everyone was so patient with all my questions and understanding. I highly recommend them and will definitely do business with them in the future.

Friday we woke to find that our heat had gone out overnight with an outdoor temperature below freezing predicted all weekend. On a friend’s recommendation I called Cornett’s Heating and Cooling. I called around 9:30 am Friday and, of course with the bitter cold temperature outside, they had a fully booked schedule. They said they would put us on the schedule for Saturday morning as a worst case scenario and would call me if anything came available any sooner. Fifteen minutes later they said they think they’d be able to see us by close of business and then the Saturday appointment wouldn’t be necessary. They called me again not 10 minutes later to say that another job was finishing soon and a service tech was available me if I was available at 3:30 pm. Not ten minutes later, they called and said they could be at my house in fifteen minutes. The two techs, Chip and Steve, did a great job getting us heat until the piece that would be needed for a permanent repair was ordered, arrived and installed. I was pleased and grateful for their quick arrival, the level of work done and their professional and kind attitudes. And Jessica in the front office will do everything she can so no one has to sleep in a cold house. All this with 3 hours of the initial call!! They have a new customer for life. I’m beyond grateful.

Very responsive and professional from start to finish. I was very impressed with every employee that I met. I had a new heat pump and air handler installed in less than 48 hours after initial phone contact. Great company.
