Good contractors are hard to find, so I take time to leave a positive review Very happy with our decision to hire Ruben and his crew to change out all the windows in our house Milgard is a respectable California brand. We opted for a pricier Laminated glass due to noisy street next to us (we're glad we did) The windows arrived from the factory three months later. Totally reasonable during Covid The installation crew did a fantastic job. Always showed up on time. Kept the work area clean. Really couldn't ask for anything more Install went well and quick We are very happy with this remodel. Should have done it sooner! In our house, noise and especially insulation difference is very noticable Thanks, Cordova crew. They are a true family business. I would recommend these folks to my friends

I'm picky. Timeliness, honesty, and follow through are required. A good finish and good clean up are important as well. Attitude is always important. While I may have found Ruben at Cordova through Craigslist, he's one of the best contractors I've worked with in 20 years. I particularly liked that he employs his son and daughter to assist with him when he can. 5 windows and a large slider were removed and replaced all in one day. Excellent crew, excellent attitudes, excellent clean up. Highly recommend.
