Copper Peaks is an outstanding company. We have done a few projects and some standard maintenance work with them and they have always done great work but have never left a review (just not review people). However, after today’s visit we had to leave a review. Jason was so easy to work and communicate with and the company was quick to take full responsibility of the minor issue that needed to be fixed on a previous project. They fixed it same day and everything was covered under their great warranty. One of the few companies, out of so many, that truly understands customer care and satisfaction. We will always continue to go through Copper Peaks for maintenance or any other future projects.

When my kitchen sink started leaking, I reached out to five plumbers, and Copper Peaks was the first to respond. Their quote of $99-$149 was a relief compared to the $300-$400 another company had given me. Cole came out the next day, connected everything with new hardware, and even took the time to share some great tips on keeping the drain clean. He was done in just 10 minutes and didn’t need to cut a hole in the wall, which the other company insisted was necessary. Cole was so kind and personable—he even checked on our water heater while he was here and shared some stories about moving into his own new house. It was clear he really cared. I’m thrilled to have found a company I can trust and will definitely be calling Copper Peaks for all our future plumbing needs. Their communication and service were simply fantastic. I feel like watching a Disney movie and hugging an enemy!! 11/10 recommend 💕

Copper Peaks Plumbing recently finished a whole-house re-pipe for us to replace our old polybutylene, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. For such a big project, the entire process was surprisingly clean and organized. They made sure our home was usable every single night and wrapped up the project within the quoted time frame. We collected five bids before choosing a company. Copper Peaks came in middle of the pack cost-wise, but the level of customer service we received was A+. Jeremy, our project manager, was always quick to respond and it was nice to have one main POC. Damien, the on-site lead, kept things running smoothly and would give a daily update at end of day. During the project, one of the team members accidentally damaged a glass lighting shade. They immediately let me know and ordered a replacement. Accidents happen, and I was impressed by their honesty in bringing it to my attention and how quickly they made it right in the most convenient way for me. I would absolutely recommend Copper Peaks Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing work. They treated our home with care, communicated every step of the way, and delivered exactly what they promised.
