A team of three installed the A/C and furnace. They did a pretty good job, from the quote to the installation. We got the mileage out of both older units when one went down hard. During the quote, I was given insightful information and treated respectfully. Another quote sales pitch used this "is the budget model". Another one just gave me a verbal. One was just overpriced. The install crew answered questions, explained in detail as needed, and even added a few unexpected perks. We must have been way behind in time. We found them reading reviews and they were quick add on making out on short notice. Good job!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could! My furnace broke at 4pm on a Saturday in the middle of the polar vortex. They came within a couple of hrs. Frank was great! Courteous and knowledgeable. He was efficient in diagnosing and fixing my furnace problem. He also gave tips on maintenance of my furnace and AC to save money in the future. I absolutely recommend them to everyone.
