They got to us pretty quick on a same day call. Lisa was very friendly, and nice. The gentleman that come out to look at our heater, was very professional, and went straight to work to get our heat going again. We are so thankful for what they did for us.

One of the best customer service adventures I’ve ever had. Woke up to a cold house and when I went outside the heat pump was screaming and the fan blades weren’t moving! I immediately called these guys and in 65 minutes a technician was ringing the door bell. He had us back up and running in short time and even went in the attic to ensure the entire system was functioning properly! We were surprised at the very reasonable cost. Just like that we were comfy and extremely satisfied! I highly recommend Comfort Masters of North Alabama.

Service Masters sent Ethan one of my new favorite maintenance guys. In a snap he had figured out our new self installed smart thermostat was causing the heating strips to be our main source of heat. We swapped it out for a Honeywell and all is comfy . I haven’t used Comfort Masters for a year now for my seasonal maintenance. Ethan was a cherry on top of fine, reliable service with no up selling or choke hold pricing when you are in need.
