Unfounded complaints and negative comments don’t help anyone, and they certainly don’t reflect the actual quality of this company. Comfort Advisors has earned their good reputation. Michael Bland came out for furnace maintenance and he was excellent! While here he noticed a few things that needed some work and he went above in his suggestions. I'm a first time home buyer and he treated me like family, pointing out issues not even all HVAC/furnace related and how they could be prioritized to prevent bigger issue. Overall, of all the service pros that have come to my house since in bought it a few years ago, Comfort Advisors has been consistently excellent. Every technician is honest, explains what's going on, and makes recommendations that will really improve the comfort of my home without just selling me whatever they can.
