Phenomenal job all around. Allen installed whole home backup + modified panels in a more modern and cleaner solution. He also installed a separate input for a generator, giving me an incredibly flexible home backup system. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Allen was very thorough in searching for the underlying cause of our dish washer constantly losing power in our kitchen. He is very engaging asking questions about what we know as tenants & where things are at so he can paint the broadest picture & then zoom in close to find that one small issue. He told me exactly what he was looking / checking for inside & outside the house where the breaker box is which made me very comfortable trusting his judgement on what the problem actually is. Overall Allen is an honest & friendly guy who gives it to you straight, definitely will call him again for any other electrical needs and would highly recommend him to anyone with similar needs!
