Clark Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing

I had Clark install a water line and hvac vent for a new washer and dryer hook up. They did the work all in one day and I’m very happy with how it turned out. I will say that plumber did not communicate some of the cost up front, but he made it right by waiving the extra fee for the work we discussed, so it worked out. The only other issue is that they ran a bit behind with the hvac work. I told them when I booked the appointment that I needed all the work to be done by 3, or for them to stop at 3 and come back the next morning to finish it because I had an appointment I had to get to. Both the plumber and hvac technicians said they understood and would be able to accommodate me. The plumbers were done by 2:30, but the hvac work wasn’t finished until 3:40 and the hvac technician was unwilling to come back the next day to finish it, which almost made me late for my appointment. Overall, great quality work, but communication could be better.

James and his partner came to change out the toilet flushing mechanism and they came right on time. They had the part in their truck and finished the job in a few minutes. They were very professional and very personable. They did a great job and I was so pleased when I found out that their company also did A/C work. So, I signed up for their yearly A/C service!! I’m so glad I called this company!!!

James did an excellent job installing our new gas stove checking every detail for a through safe and complete install, Melanie ensured that the billing was correct that included our Clark’s Club discount. We are very happy with Clark’s!
