Today I forgot my bike lock hours from Burlington, and was also having trouble with my brakes. So two of the employees very kindly went to the shelves and got me a new lock and set of wrenches so I could keep an eye on my bike that was parked outside in front of the store. They were clearly busy and a little stressed, and I really appreciated their help with things.

I really love having an ACE Hardware store right in downtown Burlington VT. Not only are the associates that work there friendly, the ACE Hardware app makes finding what you're looking for a breeze. Even people with little home repair skills can get the job done with ACES on your side.
