Mr. Jack Lopez, and his assistant showed up in a timely manner and were very helpful in changing my water heater to an upgraded version. They took the time and explained about maintenance every year to prevent my water heater from going out, followed by took the time to make sure no leaks were there before they left. Plumbers were very clean, and no trash was left behind. Mrs. Marisol was very informative in keeping me in the loop and status on every step since my water heater was being changed through warranty. Great job City Base Plumbing! Great Customer Service! Keep up the great work!

We are repeat customers and having worked for a plumbing company in the past, I can attest to the prices being fair and on point. But, the service the techs provide is priceless! Honest, respectful, dedicated and professional in all aspect of their work. This repair which was in the area of 1500.00 will now prevent additional wood or structural damage. Dealing with an older home and lead pipes can make any issue with the plumbing a major issue! The customer service to schedule the appointment was great. Our plumber, Joseph Diaz, was very kind and helpful! He fixed our plumbing issue quick and answered the questions I had.
