Cincy Gutter Boys

I cannot recommend Cincy Gutter Boys enough. Incredibly fair prices, great work, super communicative and friendly - we had Brandon, Austin, and Ryan tackling our project here and we couldn't be happier with the results. Nevermind the obvious need for a fresh coat of paint - the work they did for the gutters on both sides of the house, our front porch downspouts, and soffit repair is excellent. Our thanks to the Gutter Boys and Brandon, Austin, and Ryan for a hell of a job well done.

Cincy Gutters Boys did an amazing job with my project. Nearly all of the gutters on the house were in extremely bad shape and they came in and took care of the entire project in an extremely quick and efficient manner. Despite the size of the job, they kept everything clean and kept me informed as they worked through the job. They even managed to find matching clay tile shingles to replace ones that were missing from the dormer of the house. Top quality work and I would recommend them to anyone!

UPDATE: After sending the videos to their claims team, I got a call that they wanted to figure out a solution. They refunded me for the work that was not performed and informed me that internal action was taken against the worker who provided false information. I’m glad they eventually wanted to find a way to resolve the issue. It’s a bummer it took so much arguing to get here, but at least they tried to support their staff, which isn’t a bad thing. Changing from one to three stars since they came around and fixed the erroneous information. Not making it higher since it took so long to resolve. PRIOR REVIEW: Wildly dishonest. The worker told me that the drain did not need to be snaked. I was later charged $250 for the snaking. When I called to correct the error they said they checked with the workers and the workers said the snaking WAS performed. I told them about the detailed conversation that had with the workers. They insisted they could not refund me. I got off the phone and watched the entire service on my security camera. No snaking was performed. I called back to tell them this and they said they would “take it to management.” That was Sept 5th. Now it’s Sept 14th and I’ve not heard anything back. I will try emailing again and then will dispute with my credit card company and report to BBB if I cannot resolve the issue. This company has serviced my house before and came to clean the gutters while I wasn’t home. I now question if they really even do work when they come. Happy I was home this time.
