Ilan and his team at Chicago Constructions were professional, straightforward, and delivered excellent results. I had a broken shower pan but wasn’t ready for a full bathroom remodel. They built a beautiful new tiled shower base and skillfully blended the tiling, even without access to the original tiles for the bottom rows. They also preserved my existing shower door, which I appreciated. I’m extremely happy with the outcome and would gladly hire them again. Unlike other contractors I spoke with, they never pressured me into a bigger remodel, which made the experience even better.

Ilan was tremendous to work with. He and his team were professional, polite, responsive, and flexible throughout the remodel, and they delivered an excellent finished product. They accommodated my timeline as things came up, which I really appreciated. Several weeks after the project was completed, I asked Ilan to come out to double-check something, and his team was here the very next day and fixed the issue promptly. I would strongly recommend his services and plan to use him again for my next project.

I want to thank both Ilian and Marco for the great job, they did on my kitchen. They replaced my outdated countertop stove and my built-in oven. Showed up on time, did their work, and cleaned up after themselves. It was a pleasure working with both of them and I highly recommend them.
