Derek from Service Champions, came to diagnose and repair our furnace heating system which was not working correctly. Discovered that furnace had cracked heat exchanger tubes. We opted to replace furnace, replace undersized ducting, and bring system up to current code. Hayron and Hector, with their installation team from Service Champions did the work in one day, which should have taken at least 2 days. They were well organized, did a really clean installation, and cleanup after. During the installation, they kept me informed, and showed me how the system worked. Great team of people.

Anthony Reyes came out to do the plumbing inspection today. He’s such a nice guy and he is friendly, quick and efficient. The water heater was drained, he inspected plumbing areas, including under the house and was done within an hour. Top-notch customer service. No cost. This is part of the membership services.

Service Champion Tech Shawn was prompt, friendly, thorough, and did expert evaluation and service to my HVAC system.
