Brian did an excellent job today. He called ahead of the appointment with estimated arrival time, introduced himself and asked and listened to any concerns that I had while I showed him where everything was. He then explained everything that he was going to do. He was here most of the morning and did a very thorough job. He's an extremely personable and competent technician. I wish I would have been using Central Penn for years.

I’ve had a great experience so far with Central Penn Plumbing. I’ve contracted with them for semi-annual routine maintenance for my HVAC system. They offered me a great deal. During the inspection they found a minor issue that needed to be repaired. Communication was clear, repair techs arrived on time and were good to work with. I plan to continue to use them for my HVAC needs.
