When I called for an appointment after a brief talk and texting pics, I felt confident that Caroline understood my problem. I have an old house, with an old Veismann hydronic baseboard system. I was concerned about addressing the leak and the complexity of the system because it’s old. Once I talked to the Caroline , I felt more confident that they were going to send a right person to at least give me a quote for the job. When Abdel showed up to assess the leak he immediately gave me some options. He understood urgency of the repair and gave me a quote. They were slightly better price in the previous quote that I got from smother hvac company that seems less knowledgeable, But instead of just a quote, he was able to repair it the same day. Even if he asked me to wait a couple days, I still felt that his company had a better handle on the scope of the job. They also give a 1 month warranty. I added the before pic. The price included draining the zone which itself is another task. Thanks

Had a new heating and cooling system installed. The demo of the old and installation of new system went fine. There were a half dozen men on the job doing their assignments working professionally and knowledgeably on every piece of the install. All my questions were answered concerning the system. Michael Hillson did a great job explaining every aspect.
