This is my third maintenance experience with Catahoula. From the first contact to schedule the appointment, to the actual performance of maintenance, everyone demonstrated professionalism. Chrissy was very helpful in setting the time and date. The technician, Charles, performed all recommended and required maintenance tasks on every component of the system. I am impressed with the measures he took in leaving no mess. Then Charles made sure I had no questions regarding the unit or its operation. Before leaving he made certain the system performed, as it should, under a load. I am still completely satisfied with the way the unit is checked and maintained 3 years later as I was confident in my original choice of Catahoula Electric for my purchase and installation 12/10/22. From the initial contact, installation, and maintenance this is a 5 ⭐️ star, professionally run organization. Starting with office staff Chrissy, Charles the service technician, and owner Nick. All treat me with the courtesy and concern as though I was family. Based on my experience I’m happy to highly recommend Catahoula Electric.

Today I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Nick Donovan from Catahoula Electric. He impressed me from the very beginning by calling early in the morning to confirm our appointment—his second confirmation call, which showed his professionalism and reliability. When he arrived exactly on time, we looked over the project together. During our conversation, he inquired how I knew his mother-in-law, and we shared a personal connection through her family. I also mentioned that I was preparing for an upcoming procedure, and he listened with genuine care. While I returned to my office to work, Nick completed his tasks efficiently. Before leaving, he not only cleaned up thoroughly but also brought in some delivered packages for me. The most remarkable moment came when he kindly asked if he could place his hand on my shoulder and say a prayer for my upcoming procedure.
