Brandon is very friendly and knowledgeable. He understands the equipment well. He worked with the manufacturer of our water heater to ensure the warranty was maintained. He even went above and beyond to register our equipment with the manufacturer so our warranty is in full compliance. He worked quickly but not in a rushed manner.
