Carolina Custom Air

Another great experience with Carolina Custom Air! Communication was wonderful. Their text system is amazing and made booking super easy. Our technician, Oscar Rodriguez, was awesome. He came out on a weekend afternoon, which was unexpected but greatly appreciated. A few days later, we had a completely unrelated problem with our system, and within a day of speaking with their office, a technician, William Ray Roush, was dispatched. Mr. Roush was extremely polite, clearly knowledgeable about what he was doing, and the work was completed sooner than expected. Carolina Custom Air is definitely who you want working on your home!

We had Carolina custom air come out as a second opinion to another vendor who told me it would be $30,000 to replace our AC unit and $7000 to repair. Carolina custom air came in. They did a throw inspection and told me that they would not be able to quote me a new unit. Another team would have to come out for that so the other gentleman came the following day and quoted us not only for a new unit but for the ductwork Replacing some additional parts and rerouting drip trays for half of what Quoted they came, they installed the new unit checked everything With us before leaving and I could not be happier, I would highly recommend this company

I've been very happy with the service of everyone at CCA, including Jamaal and Marcos, who led the last service calls. They're all very thorough and do a great job explaining everything and taking the time to do so. I'm not happy with all repairs on the new Trane units, but I'm glad I now have CCA to service them and that they have technicians like Marcos and Jamaal.
