Adrian R. and KJ were excellent! They put our system in flawlessly! They even stayed late to make sure everything was just perfect! They said they wanted to make sure that we had heat when we went to bed! They both need a raise they were fantastic. I would definitely use Caroline Comfort Air again. Also, I would recommend them to all my friends and family!

Carolina Comfort Air replaced our old Lenox heat pump with a new Trane system. We could not be more satisfied with the whole experience with CCA.They were very professional, highly efficient, and courteous throughout the entire process. Jacob, our consultant is a star!! He explained everything clearly so that we able to make an informed decision. Our installers, Terry, and Kajoen, and our electrician, Ross were outstanding. They are true professionals, and it was clear throughout that they knew their stuff!! We highly recommend Carolina Comfort Air, great company, even greater people.
