From start to finish Calibre Electric was fantastic! We needed a generator for our home and from the first inquiry right through to install, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. From office staff communications, to site visit and install the Calibre Electric staff was top notch. Kristina was very responsive, organized and professional in all her communications. The site visit with Jeff and estimate process as well as guidance pre-install was professional and knowledgable. The installation with Luke and Leaf was spectacular - arrived on time, explained along the way, very respectful interactions, helped us to set up the APP connecting to the generator and left everything running perfectly and clean. Thank you to the whole team! If you are looking for a whole home generator, we highly recommend Calibre Electric.
