Had this company (likely the “South” branch) do our house through our builder. It was a good job, with no major complaints and only your standard new home settling issues. Recently had them finish a bonus room for us through a different GC and they did a great job. The crews were clean and efficient and worked quickly. The boss even stopped by to check on the work at one point. Had them come back today to do some touch up work now that we primed the wall and the guy who came did a fantastic job. I used a raking light to find sections needing touch up and found about 4 or 5 small spots. The guy today finished his work and taped the spots he touched. As you can see he found way more areas that weren’t up to his standard. I thought I was nitpicky, but this is a different level and speaks highly to the standards of some of their crew. Good work and I hope you keep up the same high standards beyond what a normal homeowner expects.

I made delivery early in the morning. I was given the gate pass code, so that is great help as the area doesn't have a lot of truck parking. I was unloaded fast, and they let me stay there til I received my next load.

Excellent work AND work ethic! I had a 'problem' area repaired. It was a 45 degree wall seam (where a room bumps out). CNC North quickly identified that the original plastic seam tape was not a good type for that sort of bend, and it had popped. They explained what they were doing and why, replacing with a different kind of tape, then did an excellent patch job, leaving my wall looking as if were brand new. The guys were respectful of my time and property and I loved that they addressed my concern of it popping open repeatedly, instead of just covering it up like what had been done in the past. The office manager was super pleasant to work with as well. Great experience all the way around and I'm already booking my next project!
