Just replaced our 21 y/o Heating & AC system through Costco. As always, a great value with high quality products (Lennox, in this case). Was blown away by the professional service of our assigned installer, C & C Air Conditioning & Heating. From the start, Wayne Albright was quick to respond to our inquiry, did a thorough in person inspection and offered the best choices for our home & lifestyle. No hard sell, no upselling, just choices and discussions about the pros & cons. So, knowing that our 12 y/o Hot Water Hester was nearing the end of its life, we decided to replace that too with an A.O. Smith unit. Today, their three man installation team came. Haneef, Dwight and Elishua were all prompt, polite and professional. And most importantly, it was clear they knew their business. Work areas, garage and driveway all cleaned up too. Nice to have a relatively big job done in one 8 hour day! We’re very happy to give C & C a strong recommendation!

I had a great experience with C&C. I called them to see if they can help me move a gas line valve that was incorrectly done by previous owners. They sent me Billy who was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very detail and thorough making sure we understood the plan and work being done. He recommended the membership which we opted in because we know at some point will need some repairs again. My husband was working at this time but as a women it was a relief to have a nice man come in and explain things well and was not pushy about any other recommendations. Billy truly was a professional and I hope I have an option of having him comes back for any future repairs. Our gas valve is now in the correct spot. Thank you Billy!

Recently purchased a Lennox system from C&C. From the sale to the install was seamless! Tony did an amazing job with the sale and did everything he needed to do to earn the business and bring us on as clients. Installation was quickly scheduled. Devon and Keith were our Installation team. These guys were absolutely top notch! Organized, efficient, respectful and hard working! They were so hard working, they were there the entire day. They did not leave until everything was perfect and took care to ensure our property was absolutely spotless of all install materials! We are really pleased and are happy to now be part of the C&C family!
