From the initial call to the company to getting my problem fixed, everyone and everything was excellent!! I very highly recommend this company!! They have great communication with the customer too! My son was taking a shower and I was at the basement getting ready to do laundry, when I noticed water dripping above the floor where the opening for my tub/shower drain. I knew I needed a pro to fix it. I called Burton Plumbing and they were very accommodating. They sent James and his apprentice, Trey. They replaced the leaky water valve and I had them replace my old shower/tub faucet and they did a wonderful job. Aside from being very skilled and knowledgeable about their work , James and Trey are very personable to talk to. I would highly recommend Burton Plumbing. I couldn’t thank, James , Trey, and the company enough. Again, thank you so much. Glenn

Justin did an excellent job for me. The shut off valve on my bathroom toilet was leaking. He gave me a fair and reasonable quote, was respectful and professional and checked some other pipes free of charge and advised me. Immediately covered his shoes before entering and was just the kindest person. Also, every phone encounter (or chat encounter) I've had was professional and caring. They made me feel like part of the family. That's pretty rare nowadays. I highly recommend this business.
