We had an outstanding experience with everyone at Burns & McBride, starting with Drew, the technician who originally came out to figure out why our 20+ year old furnace had stopped working (it needed to be replaced). We had another great experience with Geoff, who came out the next morning to explain our options, including the available state rebates and how to qualify for them. Finally, many many thanks to Oscar, Oscar and Zack, who did the all-day install that meant we had heat in the house less than four hours before the deep freeze hit this winter. Everyone was professional and courteous and kept their sense of humor during a long day. Top marks all around, and we would highly recommend.

Jesse Brown is the nicest and respectful technician that ever has done any work in my home. His knowledge helped solve some options that needed to be made for a heater that was in bad shape. He thoroughly answered questions and gave supporting details. What I was truly impressed with is fact he listened to all my concerns and suggested for a scheduled install of a heater and ac install. He went extra mile taking photos to give to installers so they would have documented all my concerns and suggestions.
