Rolf showed up this morning on Christmas Eve, right on time. He did an excellent job repairing my drain pipe and unclogging my sinks. He was very friendly and courteous, explained what he was doing, and left everything neat and tidy—just as he found it. The price was very respectable, especially for a holiday visit. Overall communication was excellent. I truly appreciate his professionalism and would highly recommend Rolf and Burkell Plumbing.

JJ came to help with a clogged shower drain and went well beyond to identify some underlying problems that it was super important to fix. I am extremely appreciative. He was SUPERB. I’ve used Burkell for over 30 years for plumbing and HVAC, and they NEVER let me down. They are great, highly competent, articulate and knowledgeable, never overcharge and always thoughtful and thorough. I won’t use anyone else.

Our furnace had been malfunctioning off and on over the past few months. Ever came this morning and quickly diagnosed the issue and made the necessary adjustments. He was very knowledgeable of the operation of the furnace and made sure to double (and triple) check that it is now operating properly. He also answered my questions regarding wifi connection of the thermostat. We were impressed with his expertise, customer service and friendly/helpful attitude. Thank you Ever and Burkell!
